A few days ago, I sent a E-Mail to him. But you know I tought this for a long time.Because I was afraid that......my homepa couldn't understand my English==.But I still mustered up my courage to do this. And today I am so happy to get my homepa's e-mail. Maybe he can understand what I said, ha.
To study abroad really need courage. These days my friends often asked me this question, Why you want to study abroad?and Why Australia? You know.I really don't know exactly. But I know this is good to me. I just know and I will tell you why after two years. Please wait for me.

Sworn Followers-4.22 2007

My Banciao sceinor high school classmates, we have known each other for 10 years at least. And today I think that was my last farewell dinner. The whole my best friends I had met last seven days in Taiwan. I did many thing that maybe you see that is very stupid at high school but will be my best memory. I think that is young and never regret.

At senior high school, I got joy very much. Basketball and baseball skills were better and better in that period. Although we had the pressure about the examination of entering universities, we still enjoyed our high school student's life. A deep recall in my mind, we always went to 阿布拉's house evey summer vacation. There is a San-Xia River. We usually went camping there. Once 賴皮 and me had an idea that was crossing from lower to higher. But when we went the middle. Suddenly we all drowned, because we can not see the hole in the river. Just as well, 賴皮 pulled me a hand to let me get out of the mud in the river. That was an accident but made me have a barrir to swim. My sworn followers were in order to let me overcome the scare and demand me to dive from a big stone. I dived but still scare to swim in the river. Ha....==

I look forward to next camping.Love you guys^_^

Campus killer's family 'so sorry'

Relatives of the student who committed a massacre at Virginia Tech university have described their shock and sorrow over his "horrible and senseless act".

Speaking for the first time since Cho Seung-hui killed 32 people and himself on Monday, the family said it had been "living a nightmare" since the attack.
The US state of Virginia has observed a day of mourning for the victims, with vigils organised across the country.
Police say they are making "great progress" in their investigation.
The massacre was the deadliest shooting rampage in modern US history.
'Excruciating grief'
In a statement Cho's sister, Cho Sun-Kyung, spoke of the family's pain following the massacre.
"Our family is so very sorry for my brother's unspeakable actions. It is a terrible tragedy for all of us," she said.
On behalf of her family Ms Cho, a 2004 Princeton University graduate who works as a contractor for the US state department, expressed grief for the friends and family of her brother's victims.

"We pray for their families and loved ones who are experiencing so much excruciating grief. And we pray for those who were injured and for those whose lives are changed forever because of what they witnessed and experienced," she said.
"Each of these people had so much love, talent and gifts to offer, and their lives were cut short by a horrible and senseless act."
Ms Cho said the family felt helpless, lost and shocked by her brother's actions.
"We never could have envisioned that he was capable of so much violence," she said.
Cho, 23, moved to the US with his family from South Korea in 1992.
A six-member independent panel - including former homeland security chief Tom Ridge - will examine how authorities reacted to the crisis, amid claims officials ignored warning signs that Cho, who had been admitted to a mental health unit in late 2005, was a danger.
Victim memorials
A moment of silence was held in Virginia state at noon local time on Friday (1600 GMT), and vigils and prayers were organised across the country.
Students, staff and visitors observed a moment's silence in Virginia Tech's Drill Field and bells rang out in honour of the victims.

A similar ceremony was held in the state capital Richmond, attended by state governor Timothy Kaine.
The memorial day coincided with the eighth anniversary of the Columbine High School massacre in Colorado, in which 13 people died along with the two killers.
Also on Friday, in Israel, family members gathered for the funeral of one of the massacre victims, mathematics professor Liviu Librescu.
Difficult questions
Cho's killing spree began at 0715 on Monday, when two people were killed at the West Ambler Johnston Hall, a university dormitory.
Two hours later Cho killed 30 students and teachers, plus himself, at the Norris Hall complex across campus.
Questions are being asked about the response to the first shootings and whether putting the campus on a full lockdown earlier could have saved lives.
Police spokeswoman Corinne Geller told the Associated Press news agency investigators hoped to have something to tell the public next week.

Time Is Up

I have gotten the accomplishment of IELTS yesterday. I am feeling more and more pressure now. I think I can make it. Yesterday I took a phone call to my agent as soon as I got the result from the postman. At the moment, I stretched out my nervous hand and took the registered letter. I did not open it promptly. Because I wanted to face it slowly.
The result is not enough to QUT but to the language school. Not very bad, but still have to study hard. That's my expectance. And right now, I will confront more and more difficult in Australia and must have preparation, too. Here I come, Australia.

My colleague of the last job,恬恬, had arrived in USA and began attending the master courses in MBA in Texas. The university's name is UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS, AUSTIN,I think. A few days ago, she sent me the message and encouraged me to study abroad. Because she felt a lot of information and let her so excited. But her English is pretty good so she suggested me to emulate my betters in English. There will be many conversations with your partners at many meetings.

I'm starting changing myself to be better. And you'll see.

Climate change agreement reached

Climate change agreement reached
The impact of climate change has been a major source of dispute

Agreement has been reached among delegates at a major conference on climate change in Brussels.

A final accord was struck after delays caused by disagreement over the likely impact of global warming.
"What we have is a very good document," said Rajendra Pachauri, chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
The report is expected to say climate change is already having major impacts on the natural world.

The panel believes there is also a discernible, though less marked, impact on human societies.
Scientists and government officials from more than 100 countries met through the night, trying to agree on the wording of a summary for policy makers.
Several delegations, including the US, Saudi Arabia, China and India, had asked for the final version to reflect less certainty than the draft.
The report will be sent to world leaders in time for a G8 summit of industrialised nations in June.

It is the second in a series of IPCC reports coming out this year, together making up its fourth global climate assessment.
The first element, on the science of climate change, released in February, concluded it is at least 90% likely that human activities are principally responsible for the warming observed since 1950.

The third part, due in May, will focus on ways of curbing the rise in greenhouse gas concentrations and temperature.

Tomb Sweeping Day

Today is Tomp Sweeping Day.
As usual, it's raining or a bad weather.
I am at home now and using the keyboard to type my diary. At this moment in time,I feel....so peaceful and sleepy. Maybe I'm just too exciting to sleep now.But why?
Because My laptop let me cost a whole night yesterday. No.It should be all night yesterday and daybreak today.
But it's really that I didn't want stay up. The main reason why I couldn't go to sleep was"Windows Vista". Yes!That's right. It's it.

The systems of majority are not integrated with Windows Vista's system.
That's annoying to me.
You could image that a man ceaselessly installed the software all night.
But the laptop's Windows Vista system always emerged out of the message of error.
Gosh.I am regreted that I spend a lot of time but just a little advance.
Although Vista is fashion, many system can not be integrated.
Ha.......I think the Vista just a vista. Because we are still adapting to this system.

~Junior high school classmates' farewell dinner^^~

Godspeed for everybody!

On March thirty first 2007

I have to say "Oh~Finally!".Yes!That's what I'm talking about.
The first of the examination of the IELTS was finished on that day. What a beautiful day!Ha...

Recalling that day at quarter to eight. I was going to go to the IDP administration.
Because the exam began to let the candidates into their own seat.
When I took the elevator downwards the basement 2, I was surprised.
There were a lot of candidates waiting on there. I counted maybe about 50 people there.
But I found a point that is the most people on there were female.
It took ten times more females than males in there. That was what I rated.

In the whole process, the invigilators all spoke English whether just answered the questions.
But I think my English is becoming better now. It's not to say how my English is good.
I just want to say I don't waste my money to the tuition of the cram school.

Speaking test happened the situation what I worry about that was nervous feeling.
And on the other hand, I picked the number one to the first.God?!
I could understand what the examiner's questions about the electronic mail-
and assessed the advantage and disadvantage.
But I was too nervous to answer him clearly.I was so annoyed.
That's fine.Finally I completed the test.
Then I will go abroad on the end of April.
I am very appreciated my best friends.
Your encouraging and suggestions I will remember in my mind.
Thanks^_^

2007/3/26--IELTS

IELTS is abbreviated from International English Language Testing System.
I think many people just hear that first.Because in Taiwan,Our English education is more in favor of American.
If I won't go to Australia that I never know about it.I just know TOEFL.You know.study abroad in American.
About the end of April or the first of May, I am going to be in there,Australia.
I already got the application letter last two weeks ago.
But I must pass the IELTS and can get the qualification for admission to the QUT.
After the army, I never think about studying on campus in Taiwan much more studying abroad.
Why do I have that idea?My director of training department gave me a lot of opinions.
I hope and I wish my future will be brilliant.

Oil prices leap on Gulf incident

Oil prices have risen to their highest level this year after 15 British navy personnel were seized at gunpoint by Iranian forces in the Gulf.
The incident caused an immediate reaction in the markets, with a barrel of light, sweet crude rising to $62.65 - its highest mark since December.
In London, Brent crude rose to $63.68 a barrel, near a four-month high.
A major oil producer, Iran's volatile relationship with the international community is a worry for investors.
Long-running dispute
One analyst described Friday's incident as "potentially explosive" as far as oil was concerned.
"This sort of incident, and subsequent mishandling, is just the sort of thing that fuels concerns about a global conflagration over oil," said Fimat analyst John Kilduff.
The long-running dispute over Iran's nuclear ambitions and fears this could lead to a military confrontation with the US helped underpin oil prices for much of last year.
Earlier this month the UN Security Council drafted a new sanctions package against Iran over its refusal to stop enriching uranium, which Iran claims is merely for civilian use.
Tehran, the world's fourth largest oil exporter, has warned that it will halt oil exports if it is attacked.
Oil prices have risen steadily in the past week after fresh cases of violence in Nigeria's main oil producing region and worries about gasoline supplies in the US.
But the Gulf incident, which came after British personnel boarded a vessel they suspected of smuggling during a routine patrol, added fresh momentum to the market.
"This is bound to add some short-term tension to the market," oil analyst Geoff Pyne said.
"But it's a long shot that this will become a serious issue in the long run."
By close of trading, Brent crude was up 67 cents at $63.18 while US light, sweet crude had fallen back slightly to $62.28, still up 59 cents on the day.

My cute nephew

My old sister and her husband went home yesterday and took their son.

Yes. My nephew. What a cute kid. He is a boy who just celebrated his birthday of one year old.

But they would attend their colleague's wedding first. But that was indifferent.

Because, at that moment, I must be the cram school from 1 to 4 o'clock this afternoon.

That is their merriage's time, too. So I had many times to go home for waiting.

I like my nephew very much. On the one hand the age of kid is very lovely and on the other he looks smart.

Many friends said he look liked a role of little Jack of the cartoon , THE INCREDIBLES.

Although they didn't stay at home for a long time but I though that's the last time I met him this year.

I can predict my nephew must be very handsome while he is growing up.

A little pray for him.

2007/3/8-The Movie -- Protege

I had wanted to write the diary by English for long times ago.

In terms of practice, I think that will be good for me and strengthen my speed of typing.

But one question that is the grammar.ha.. I hope my friends you can reform my false.

Today I see a movie that is PROTEGE.

The actors contains 吳彥祖、古天樂、張靜初 and my favotie Andy Liu.

This drama is described about the drugs.

The part of 昆哥 is played by Andy. Although this role is a supporting role, but put the soul into the art.

In other words , his birthday and mine are the same day.ha.Yes..that's the point.

The role of the drug addict let me think of a soldier by my leading.

He is a drug addict before joining the army. Just like 昆哥's say. They all are liars and unscrupulous.

Finally, I must say this is a good movie and so real. I recommend for my best friends sincerely.

§Message Board§~~WELCOME^^

2007/2/26-Treasures of the World's Cultures:The British Museum after 250 years
