West End Traditional Market

Today is my last day in my friend's house. I've appreciated a lot that she cleaned a room, and prepared some foods for me. I am really happy to stay in here. However, it's too far to go to school on time. Last week, the teacher warned me that if I didn't go to school on time, I would get nothing in here. Fortunately, I found something to intrigue me to get up early.

I think I have to cherish the friends who help me a lot, because them, I have accommodation to live, something or somewhere I couldn't find, they always help me find out. In here, Aussie, although you have to speak English a lot, you still need some friends who can chat with you and know what do you think, what do you worry about? It's really a difficult and lonely life, especially you have an important examination that means you have to study extremely hard. No playing No fun, just learning English.

However, you have to go outside to take a break, because you are in Australia which has a lot of beautiful places. For instance, Mountain Cootha, Byron By, Moreton Island, Lone Pine and so on. You can visit the marvellous views and feel comfortable. After then, you will know why you have to go traveling, because you will relax and have more and more spirit to push you to get the fantastic achievement. Today, I went to the West End Market. It's my first time to see the traditional market in Aussie. I suppose that there are just supermarket in here, but the price of the food in the West End Market is really cheap. I supposed I was in Taiwan for a while.

Definitely, I am going to miss many friends, especially the Christmas is coming soon. The lonely and......I don't want to think deeply, because...I don't know......what will be happened? The Brisbane has already got on furnishing the atmosphere of Christmas. In addition, the city is getting active. I wish... oh no.. I hope this year the Christmas' Day will be different and become what I want. Bless me, please.

BASEBALL

This is our super power hitter in last Olympic.

This was a exciting baseball match today and it is the opening match of KONAMI CUP, fortunately, the result is good because we won the game. Although we were versus China, we just got one point before the 6th inning, and China had already gotten 4 points.

Auspiciously, Chen, Lian-Hong, Chen, Jin-Feng's older brother, hit a grand slam, and after his grand slam, another player hit a solo home run. You know, before these performances I was very worry and a little anger, because I thought this was a very easy to get the victory. Recently, China's Baseball is growing up fast. We have to watch out, I don't want to see that their first win is from Taiwan, I can't accept it.

I don't know when we can complete our development of baseball system, in Taiwan, the most important thing is politics. The official has no time to promote our sports. Fortunately, Taiwanese athletes are all genius, if they have great achievement, the government will kiss their ass, because they want to appear on TV. However, if they don't, their funds will be limited. Even you get the good job, you have to try to convince the government officials.

The match today was not just a game, we need to find a solution. I wish one day our government will wake up.

Taipei 101

Taipei 101 was the highest buliding in the world, though the new hotel in Arab has already exceeded it last year. However I am still proud of that is the higher buliding in the world. You have to think Taiwan is a small island but we have high-tech construction and architecture.

If you come to Taiwan, you absolutely have to take lift up to 101st floor in Taipei. When you on there, you will see the wonderful view. Now I want to show you the firework show on there, every New Year's Eve, you can enjoy that and a lot of Taiwanese would like to watch that. If you come, I hope you can see that.^_^

My last day in homestay......

I think I will miss them so much. After I come back Aussie, I will stay in another accommodation, sharehouse. I have already lived in homestay for half a year. During this period, they gave me instruction of English a lot. For example, sometimes I would ask them my problems of homework and they were alway willing to teach me. Eventually, they would give me more and more extra information. I think now my English is getting better because of them.

The family has three people, Bob, Carina and their pretty girl, Carmela. Bob has a factory and designs many kinds of products for their customers. I think he has really been a successful businessman, he will be a good example for me to study much harder. I hope I can get a good employment.

Carina is a homemaker. Before she has a Japanese restaurant. She had worked in Japan for about 10 years, so her Japanese is very good. I admire her cooking which is fantastic and I always invite her to operate a restaurant in Taiwan. Every dinner time, no matter waht I would come back for dinner, if I didn't eat her cooking, I would feel upset. That's true. Now I believe an advertising slogan, if you want to catch one guy, you have to know his appetite.

They have a about two-year
-old child. She is very chatty and active. Although I can't understand waht she say almost, she would show up her feeling to let us know, very clever. Firstly I came there, she couldn't walk very well now she can run. I love to post her video in my Blog.^_^

Finally, I want to appreciate them to give me help a lot. I will keep in touch with them.^_^

Moreton Island on 13th & 14th Oct.

It's my first time to go tothe place far from Brisbane. The date was on 13th & 14th October. I have to apologize that the dates of the article is getting upside down, because I always have an idea for a while.

This is my travelling in Moreton Island. I am very glad to meet so many friends in here, though we speak Chinese a lot...ha. However we usually speak in Chinese in school. Anyway, the point is this specific experience.

In the first day, a funny tour guide waited for us at the Hillton Hotel. He was hilarious and humorous person. During driving to the harbor, he made a lot of joking and let us feel this is a wounderful day. Actually it was. This was my second time to take the ship, the first time was in Taiwan, we planned to go to Green Island, belong Taiwan. In the ship, I thought everyody was so excited that we took pictures a lot, unfortunately, we forgot bringing the binoculars. Why? Because there were many dolphins, whales and shakes would show up.

Anyway, we arrived the Island eventually. The tourguide took us to our camping site. There was very natural because it's my first time to feel that flies occupied this island, so many. In addition, they would follow you to go anywhere, that's the only fault in this Island. After then, we went to beautiful beach and swam in the sea. From the camping to there, the funny guy drove us roughly. In the car, we were just like in the earthquake because of the rough road.

In the second day, there were some activities such as sand boarding, snorkelling in the lake, camping in Moreton Island and so on. Especially sand boarding, that's really exciting, however, the sand hill is too high to climb many times, therefor we just played this twice and went to go snorkelling. Waht a wounderful day! However, time was up. We still had to go back. I would never forget this travelling. There are so many fantastic views, if you want you can click my Album and you will see waht I said.^^

It's my turn.....^^

Time goes by so quickly. I just think about lots of my friends in Langports have graduated, today, it’s my turn. I am very great to meet so many good friends in Langports and I hope that we are going to keep in touch and keep improving our English.

This morning, I felt very good and the weather was perfect, not too cold and not too hot. I thought today I would have a nice day. Firstly, the morning class teacher wanted to give some special instruction, because she considered that some pupils had been thinking about the party tonight. I learnt a lot of drugs’ names, especially Ecstacy. I had a good memory in the last morning class. I have to memorize all the vocabularies someday. Don’t worry, I definitely will do this. In the focus class, we still had some fictitious condition to practice in English.

In the afternoon, the option class, IELTS, although I may not attend this exam again, the teacher, Jill, I really love to attend her class. I can learn a lot of skills of IELTS and I am interested in it. I will miss the teacher, by the way, she also is a IELTS examiner.

Eventually, it's my turn, the graduation. I am very happy that some friends who have graduated still came back to join my graduation. In this studying period, I really glad to make many people who come from different countries. Recalling last year, I never thought about studying abroad, but I am in Aussie now.^^By the way, I am astonished that I found many other countries people, Thailand, Korean, Japanese classmates and a Aussie teacher, they can spreak Chinese very well. At night, in the graduation party, there were three Taiwaneses also graduated and fifty people came to here. That is a wonderful night. Thanks guys, I will miss everybody.

This stage is finished. I will enter another one, I think I will encounter more and more different and difficult things. However, I have to overcome those. God bless me Godspeed!

Long time no typing

Long time no see everybody. I haven’t written my article for a long time. Tonight, I am sitting on the chair and opening my laptop. Suddenly, I have some ideas which want to share with my friends and post on my Blog.

Actually, I went to a lot of popular places such as River Festival, Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Springbrook National Park, Mt. Cootha, Moreton Island and so on. I visited so many places because of the IELTS I finally finished that exam. I just want to relieve my stress. I put myself under the pressure too long, so after that, no more test pressure in my mind again.

Firstly, I love to talk about Gold Coast. I still remember that my friend told me I was the only person who didn’t go to Gold Coast yet, but I didn’t care about that, because travelling is not my target in Aussie. However, after the exam, there is the first place where I want to go, because many people recommended me to go there. In addition, I want to see a Japanese friend who is working there.

We met at the train station in the morning, whereas some people were late so we delayed to start off. In Australia, everything is expensive but I am astonished that the many prices are higher than U.S.A., so we poor students have to find another method to resist this unreasonable circumstance. The detail I can’t tell you, but you want to know please tell me, if you want to economize the money. ^^

When we arrived Gold Coast, I just wanted to shout, What a marvellous spot. Beautiful beach, limpid sea, and bikini girls, you would suppose that you are in the paradise. There were one thing let me feel fascinated that is many distinct waves. When you enjoyed the wave coming, you would find so many different kinds of that. I stayed in the sea for a long time, it’s really nice experience, if you come to Australia, don’t forget to go to there.
