The movie what I like is called "Sorrowful City". It's by a Taiwanese director, Hou, Siao-Sian,who won a world prize for it. I'm very pround of him and very excited because this was the first time a Taiwanese production was on the world stage..
The story is very complicated. It describes the "February-Twenty-Eighth incident"about fifty years ago in Taiwan. All Taiwanese remember this terrible history. That was a tragic period in Taiwan when the Repubic of China retreated from China to Taiwan so the government was furious to the Communists. They execute some innocent people who support us.

That is the movie summary. It was incredible to produce this kind of cinema in that time but I think people have to face this event all the time. In addition, I like the main actor, Liang, Jhao-Wei, he is the best actor in Asia. I'd recommend it to everybody who like a calssic movie about the history.
